Meet Jon Van Scoy
Jonathan Van Scoy, DNP, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than a decade of healthcare experience.

​With extensive experience in both critical care and psychiatric practice, Jon provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and personalized treatment planning in a welcoming, collaborative environment.

Mental health care is most effective when providers work together. Jon believes in collaborating with therapists, primary care providers, and other members of your healthcare team whenever appropriate to ensure your treatment is coordinated and aligned with your individual needs. While psychotherapy is not his primary role as a psychiatric nurse practitioner, he values open communication and works closely with your existing providers to support your overall mental health.

While psychotherapy is not Jon's primary role as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, he incorporates therapeutic techniques into appointments when appropriate and welcomes collaboration with your existing therapist as part of a comprehensive treatment plan.

Every treatment plan is individualized and may include psychiatric evaluations, medication management, ongoing follow-up care, coordination with other healthcare providers, and referrals when additional services may be beneficial.
